Many great riders start young. We're happy to work with beginners of any age, to build confidence with horses, instruct in proper grooming and care, and begin safe riding instruction.

In the safe confines of the indoor arena, a beginning rider receives some of her first basic instruction in the saddle.

Maybe you're comfortable riding horses, but would like to improve your skills in a particular equine disipline, try a new disipline, or you just need help communicating with your horse... We can help you accomplish your riding goals.

Instruction comes in many forms. We are happy to educate groups of varied disciplines. At Myers Stables we place a strong emphasis on safety and excellent horsemanship skills. We would be happy to come to your site and instruct groups on basic horse handling skills, training in groundwork or more advanced maneuvers. Please inquire to schedule a clinic.

Sometimes instruction doesn't even include actual riding! We are happy to accommodate school, church, or other groups that wish for members to learn about horses and riding.

We have a clean, safe, attractive facility which can handle groups of various sizes, rain or shine. We love kids and are eager to introduce them to the joys of equestrian sports!
